Staff Council Offers
The Staff Council offers a wide range of services for employees of Heidelberg University, both digitally and in person.
We advise you on all questions arising from the employment relationship.
This includes, in particular, questions concerning
- collective agreements (pay, working hours, vacation, termination, etc.)
- working hours (distribution of weekly working hours, partial leave, leave of absence, partial retirement)
- the workplace (location, design, ergonomics).
We also offer individual (and, of course, confidential) advice on conflicts in the workplace, intended warnings, or recourse claims. In addition to the office team with exempt staff council members, 27 representatives are also available to offer you advice and assistance. Furthermore, we organize a staff meeting twice a year together with the department.
